Back On Track Bookkeeping

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Full Review & Diagnosis. I’ll perform an assessment of your current bookkeeping setup, identify gaps, errors, and missing data, and determine scope of clean-up (months or years).

  • Correction of Prior Entries. I’ll identify and fix any errors in past bookkeeping including duplicate entries, miscategorized expenses, or missing data.

  • Transaction Categorization and Reconciliation. I’ll go through your bank, credit card, and payment platform transactions, categorize them accurately, and reconcile every account. I’ll have GST review and corrections (if registered) and separate business vs personal transactions.

  • Catch Up for Multiple Months or Years. Whether you’re behind a few months or a few years, I’ll work with you to build a custom timeline that fits your needs.

  • Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet. Clean, easy-to-read reports so you know exactly where your business stands. This also includes BAS-ready summaries for missed quarters and optional report handover to your accountant

  • Communication with your CPA (Optional). Need me to coordinate with your accountant or tax preparer? I’ve got it covered.

I absolutely believe that you are the person running this business and I’m just running numbers. So, I’m gonna hop on a call with you and chat about all the things I learned. I'll give you time to ask questions and I'll also give you some things to think about (i.e. what strategy feels right to you).

  • Yes, you’ll need your own subscription if you want full ownership and control of your financial data. As your bookkeeper, I’ll simply request access to collaborate on your file.

  • The pricing for my bookkeeping services starts at $200/month and varies based on the volume of transactions and scope of work each month. For a customized quote and a detailed breakdown, please contact me.

  • It is important to provide me with the following information on a regular basis to ensure effective bookkeeping:

    • View only access to financial accounts (business bank accounts, business credit card accounts, payments platforms (Stripe, Paypal, Square), e-commerce or course platforms (kahabi, Teachable, ThriveCart, etc.).

    • Accounting software access.

    • Prior financial reports, prior bookkeeping files.

    • List of recurring expenses (subscriptions, tools, etc.)

    • All scanned Invoices & Bills.

    • Info on how/where they get paid (coaching, packages, courses, etc.)

    • Any other relevant file or information to complete the assignment.

    By consistently providing these documents and updates on a regular basis, you will enable me to maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate comprehensive reports. This collaborative effort ensures that your financial information remains up to date, allowing you to make informed decisions and plan for the future success of your business.

  • Income tax services are not provided by MET Core Bookkeeping, however recommendations for tax preparers can be provided.
